Scope of Works:
Painting works carried out across two residential properties, including the repainting of a home prepared for sale as well as the owner’s newly purchased property. Works included preparation and repainting of selected areas to improve presentation and overall finish.

Project Context:
The client was preparing to downsize and required painting works prior to listing their property on the market. With a defined budget, recommendations were provided to prioritise key areas that would maximise visual impact and contribute to improving the property’s market appeal.
