Saied Tajik
Founder/Supervisor
Founder & Supervisor of AAM Group, Saied, came to Australia from Iran in the 1980s bringing with him many years of painting experience and expertise.
Saied independently won contracts with Brookfield, Lipman and Aw Edwards and soon became known for his exceptional workmanship and eye for detail. Saied worked with large national companies specialising in painting of, internal and external structures of new high-rise developments, external painting of worn-out industrial equipment, internal and external painting of worn-out heritage listed buildings. Said continues to lead our teams and plays a pivotal role at AAM Group today.
Nima Tajik
Managing Director
Nima brings deep industry knowledge and connectivity to his role of Managing Director, having spent over 18 years in the painting industry and growing up on sites. Following in his father’s footsteps Nima came on board AAM working his way to Managing Director in January 2007, Nima has been integral in the formation and execution of the business strategy, including the expansion of AAM Group nationally.
Experienced in leading large, geographically dispersed teams and with a strong passion for people. Nima is an innovative leader with vision who has successfully taken over the family- owned second-generation painting company and transformed it into one of Australia’s most trusted brands.
Graham Pritcherd
Estimator/Manager
AAM's Estimator holds over 43 years experience and has worked alongside AAM Group for over 12 years. Graham provides an accurate and profitable actions process within the scope of customer and legal requirements in order to achieve successful project delivery and customer satisfaction for all commercial, Industrial, Residential projects.
Tamara Dias
Sales Director
Tamara is a natural communicator and relationship builder who thrives in high pressure environments and carries extensive experience in Sales Management, Business Development, recruitment and sales. Tamara holds strong commercial acumen and has the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that have real impact for both clients and candidates alike. Tamara is highly organised and enjoys the challenge of achieving results and targets. This has enabled her to work on her own initiative or within teams as well as leading large teams in order to meet tight deadlines.
