Stockland Mall - Wetherill Park

Project: Stockland Wetherill Park – Rooftop Repainting
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

Scope of Works:
Preparation and repainting of approximately 8,000sqm of Colorbond roofing across a large commercial retail facility. Works included surface preparation and application of protective coatings to restore and protect the roofing system.

Delivery:
The project was completed within a tight 6-week program, requiring careful planning, coordination, and efficient execution. Works were carried out on the rooftop of an operational shopping centre, with strict site controls in place. All equipment and materials were managed responsibly, with worksites cleared at the end of each shift to maintain safety and site cleanliness.

Outcome:
The project was completed ahead of schedule, delivering a durable and high-quality finish while meeting the operational and logistical requirements of a live retail environment.
