Project: Rosebery Warehouse – 5 Warehouse Repaint

Scope of Works:
Repainting of five warehouse facilities, including all internal and external surfaces. Works covered internal and external walls, ceilings, columns, beams, bulkheads, services, offices, amenities, doors, and frames.

Additional Works:
External pressure washing of all walls was completed to ensure proper surface preparation prior to coating application.

Delivery:
The project was delivered using both day and night crews to meet program requirements and minimise disruption. Works were coordinated across multiple warehouse spaces to ensure efficient progress and consistent quality across all areas.

Outcome:
A comprehensive repaint was successfully completed across all five warehouses, delivering a consistent, high-quality finish in line with project specifications
