Scope of Works:
Complete refurbishment painting works across the heritage-listed Grace Hotel, including repainting of 97 hotel units over 11 levels. Works involved detailed preparation and application of coatings to internal surfaces, with particular attention to achieving a high-quality finish throughout each room.

A key component of the project included the creation of feature walls in each unit, designed to complement and contrast with doors and frames. Doors and frames were carefully cleaned and spray-painted within a designated setup area to ensure consistency and quality of finish.

Delivery:
A combination of colours and finishes was applied throughout the hotel in line with design requirements. Works were executed with a strong focus on detail, coordination, and maintaining quality standards suitable for a heritage-listed property.

Outcome:
The refurbishment was successfully completed, delivering a refined and consistent finish across all units while preserving the aesthetic integrity of the hotel and meeting project expectations.
