Project: Coles Supermarkets – Multiple Locations (15 Stores)

Scope of Works:
Repainting of 15 Coles supermarket sites across NSW, including full internal and external works. This involved painting of ceilings, walls, offices, amenities, doors, frames, bulkheads, and structural columns across all locations.

A specialised scope also included the preparation and epoxy coating of supermarket cash registers, service desks, and cabinetry—requiring detailed finishes and careful application to achieve durability and a high-quality appearance.

Delivery:
Works were delivered using a combination of day and night crews across multiple sites simultaneously. All projects were carefully staged and coordinated to minimise disruption to trading operations, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and consistency across all locations.

Outcome:
All 15 supermarket projects were successfully completed on time and ahead of the required deadlines, delivering consistent, high-quality finishes across all sites while maintaining operational continuity for the client.
