Scope of Works:
Internal and external painting of a newly constructed Woolworths supermarket. Works included painting of all internal walls, ceilings, services, bulkheads, columns, beams, offices, amenities, doors, and frames.

External painting works covered all walls, ceilings, bulkheads, and columns to ensure a consistent finish across the building.

Additional Works:
Pressure washing of all external walls and floors was completed to ensure proper surface preparation prior to coating application.

Delivery:
The project was delivered using both day and night crews to meet construction timelines and operational requirements. Works were carefully coordinated to ensure efficiency and consistency across all areas of the development.

Outcome:
A full internal and external painting package was successfully completed, delivering a high-quality, durable finish across the entire 5,451 sqm facility in line with project specifications.
